Kurikara Fudo Tattoo

Working with one of Australia’s best tattooist’s and owner Dan Molloy. We designed, hand painted, and gilded the complete shopfront for his new premises Kurikara Fudo Tattoo. We employed a mix of matte and mirrored 23kt gold leaf gilding, accented with mother of pearl shell inlays and variegated copper leaf detailing. The door features a distinctive hand painted dragon illustration (designed by the talented Jarrad Serafino), adding a touch of personalized charm. This shopfront combines traditional techniques with modern flair, resulting in a refined and unique aesthetic. This design and application will stand the test of time.
